The International Society of Radiology had a busy schedule at ECR 2018 held in Vienna 28 February until 4 March 2018.
Tunisia was the first country to apply for the new “Meet the ISR” format developed to further the mission of the ISR by providing teams of ISR representatives to participate and contribute to ISR member national society or regional radiology meetings.

We are pleased to announce a new challenge that we’ve undertaking here at the ISR and the ISRQSA: the “Radiation Protection Training Program for Patients/Public”.
The ISR participated in the WHO consultation on the thirteenth General Programme of Work 2019 - 2023 and submitted a statement in October, emphasising that medical imaging plays a strong role in many of the WHO’s strategic priorities.
The ISR is getting ready for its participation in the IAEA International Conference on Radiation Protection in Medicine in Vienna, 11-15 December.
